We loved our recent stay at Principado Arena 7. The location was perfect, right on the beach and situated between the old and new town. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the light and airy atmosphere.
Although there was only one set of keys available, the apartment provided ample space for all six of us in our party. The view from the property, facing the beach, was absolutely stunning.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need. The staff is helpful and even helped me find my lost wallet. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and air conditioning are great. The pool and beach access are fantastic. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

We had a fantastic family holiday at this beachfront apartment. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old town and new town. We didn't need a car as there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and clean, easily accommodating our family of four. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, and the staff at the office were friendly and welcoming. We particularly loved the beautiful view of the beach from our apartment.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location, right on the beach. Near old and new town. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Clean and well-maintained. Nice pool area. Friendly staff.

The apartment at Principado Arena 7 was beautiful, spacious, and had an amazing view of the beach. It was in a great location, right between the old and new town with easy access to both. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The apartment was light and airy, making it a pleasant place to stay.
One minor drawback was that there was only one set of keys available for the apartment, which was inconvenient for a group of 6 people. Additionally, some areas of the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly and the shower was blocked, suggesting lack of attention to cleanliness.

We had a great value for our money with a large and clean apartment that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right on the beach and between the old town and new town. The staff at the office were friendly and welcoming.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is more variety in the offerings.

We loved the location, right on the Levante beach front and near the old town. It was also easy to walk to the strip if you enjoy spending your nights there. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by, making it unnecessary to have a car. the apartment was spacious and clean, easily accommodating four people, and even up to six with the sofa bed. the pool area was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing.
Felt welcomed, no complaints at all.

The process of checking in and collecting/dropping off keys at the agency's office was a bit inconvenient.
